Price: Minimum $500.00 up to 5 hours. $100.00 for each additional hour.
Recommended for large homes and small businesses with extensive contents. Option 3 is more time consuming, but provides the most comprehensive service to help ensure the maximum insurance compensation is realized.
For an additional fee of $100.00, your DVD and itemization forms can be stored off site at a separate and secure location for a period of 2 years. After 2 years, clients may request the items be returned, ask that they be destroyed, or update their inventory DVD and itemization form at a discounted rate.
If you choose the storage option, copies of additional independent appraisals may also be stored at no additional charge.
