ACTUAL CASH VALUE/DEPRECIATION. Insurance companies generally cover losses on an actual cash value basis. This is determined by the replacement cost of the item less the depreciation. Depreciation is determined by the age and condition of content items. Having an independent licensed adjustor as a witness to the condition of items and to confirm the location on a specific date, helps verify your insurance claim in order to maximize your compensation.

SECURE OFFSITE STORAGE. We can provide secure, offsite storage of your video/audio recording as well as independently obtained appraisals. This assures you have prompt and ready access to your documentation in the event of an emergency, while maintaining the privacy of your information.

SECURITY. The security of your information is of vital concern to us. We use only direct to DVD video and handwritten customized inventory forms. At no time will any of your information be entered into any computer database. If you opt to have have us maintain copies of your inventory, you or your personally designated agent will be the only individuals to whom we will release your information. Your inventory will be stored in a bank safe deposit box with extremely limited access by company personnel. The only exception would be with the direction of an official court order.
